Fresno's Kool Design is able to provide a variety of t-shirts, v-necks, youth shirts and many other garments. Our standrad t-shirt is going to be the Gioldan's DryBlend 50/50 Cotton/Polyester T-shirt. They are durable, breathable and cost-effective. For women's v-neck, we use Gildan's Ladies SoftStyle V-Neck. We can provide a variety of other shirts and style, however the price may vary.

Great Question! At Fresno's Kool Design, the turnaround time varies with how many orders we have existing already, the amount of shirts, and time vested into designing and proofing the artwork. In short, it usually takes about 3-5 business days to complete most orders. We are able to print shirts faster, however they may be subject to a additional rush fee of $15 or more.

It’s also extremely durable wash after wash. EasyWeed is thinner than others on the market and offers a one-second tack application that’s great for multiple layers. EasyWeed has a pressure sensitive carrier that allows you to offer detailed designs on a wide variety of fabrics. EasyWeed can be cut with laser cutting systems.

Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed.
