Is there a minimum as to how many shirts I have to order?

Accepted Answer

Great question! Fornuately, at Fresno's Kool Design we have no minimums; we are able to print 1 shirt or as many as hundrerds of shirts. However, we do not start offering price breaks under a dozen (12) shirts or more. See "What is the base price for 1 shirt?" for more information.

What is the base price for 1 shirts (1-11 shirts)?

At Fresno's Kool Design, our starting price for a shirt + 1 color design/print location is $30.
We can negotiate a better deal should you order more shirts.

Can I bring in my own shirt(s)? If so, is there a discount?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may bring in your own shirt(s)! At Fresno's Kool Design, we welcome you to bring in your own shirts, however we will not guarantee the lifetime of the garment. Please contact your Fresno's Kool Design Team member for more information at 559-255-3562.

We will knock off a few bucks if you bring in your own shirt

What kind of shirts does Fresno's Kool Design provide?

Fresno's Kool Design is able to provide a variety of t-shirts, v-necks, youth shirts and many other garments. Our standrad t-shirt is going to be the Gioldan's DryBlend 50/50 Cotton/Polyester T-shirt. They are durable, breathable and cost-effective. For women's v-neck, we use Gildan's Ladies SoftStyle V-Neck.
 
We can provide a variety of other shirts and style, however the price may vary.

What is the turnaround time for an order of shirts?

Great Question! At Fresno's Kool Design, the turnaround time varies with how many orders we have existing already, the amount of shirts, and time vested into designing and proofing the artwork.
 
In short, it usually takes about 3-5 business days to complete most orders. We are able to print shirts faster, however they may be subject to a additional rush fee of $15 or more.

Great question! YES, we do provide screen-printing services for 24 garments and more.

What is EasyWeed?

Accepted Answer

The most trusted heat transfer vinyl brand in the world.
 EasyWeed applies at a lower temperature than competitor material, backing can be peeled hot or cold and doesn’t lift during weeding.  It’s also extremely durable wash after wash.  EasyWeed is thinner than others on the market and offers a one-second tack application that’s great for multiple layers. EasyWeed has a pressure sensitive carrier that allows you to offer detailed designs on a wide variety of fabrics. EasyWeed can be cut with laser cutting systems.

What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed.

Our staff of graphic designers will be more than happy to create a unique logo/design for your particular needs. You can draw us an idea of what you would like, bring in a photo, or we can look up some ideas from the internet for inspiration.
 
We do not charge any artwork fees - UNLESS there are more than three major artwork changes or the artwork requires 1 hour or more of editing and processing to be "print-ready"
 
We are very easy to work with and we would love to help you on your next project.
